The confrontation took place at a coffee shop in New York City. The video captures the person — an ‘anti-facist’ internet personality known as Crackhead Barney — aggressively confronting Baldwin about his ongoing involuntary manslaughter case in the Rust shooting.
“Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady and got no jail time,” she said, calling Baldwin a “criminal.” The actor eventually walks to the front door, tells her to leave, and even suggests calling the police. The video ends with Baldwin reentering the coffee shop and seemingly slapping the phone out of Crackhead Barney’s hand. She told TMZ that she hasn’t contacted police about the incident, but is consulting lawyers about a possible lawsuit.
