Madonna reclaimed her crown in the California desert on Friday night, surprising the Coachella crowd by joining Sabrina Carpenter for a guest set. In a nod to her legacy, the 67-year-old icon appeared in the same lavender Jean Paul Gaultier corset and boots she wore for her 2006 Coachella debut, marking two decades since she first brought the Confessions era to the festival stage.

The pair sashayed through hits like “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer” before debuting a new, unreleased track titled “Bring Your Love,” expected to appear on Madonna’s upcoming album Confessions II, due July 3. Following the performance, manager Guy Oseary addressed the question of a world tour. His initial “not sure yet” sparked speculation, but he later clarified on X that while plans are not locked in, the intention to bring the new Stuart Price-produced material to the stage is there.

According to Oseary, the collaboration came together spontaneously after the two artists connected at the SNL 50th anniversary party in February 2025. With “I Feel So Free” already gaining traction in clubs and the album set for release this summer, the Coachella appearance feels less like a one-off and more like the opening move in a major new chapter for Madonna.
