Rihanna has added a new tattoo with a family meaning behind it.

In a social media post shared Friday, tattoo artist Keith McCurdy showed Rihanna getting a black-ink design on the back of her leg, near her knee. The tattoo was based on a colorful drawing made by her children, with playful scribbles that were turned into a permanent piece of body art.

The original artwork appeared to include marker lines and children’s stickers. Rihanna kept the final version simple, choosing black ink while preserving the shape and energy of the drawing.

The singer shares three children with A$AP Rocky: sons RZA and Riot, and daughter Rocki. The new tattoo adds a personal detail to Rihanna’s long history of body art, which has often included pieces tied to identity, style, and meaningful moments in her life.

The reveal came shortly after Rihanna and A$AP Rocky attended the 2026 Met Gala together, where their family life again drew public attention.
